Though I never had my own Zire, I was able to explore its features when one of my officemates got one. I loved the ereader, music player and camera. We even used it to take photos of us with the presidential candidates that visited our office in 2004.

ive had my zire 72 since december of 04.  i knew from the beginning that i made the right decision since it had everything i needed then (and except for wifi) almost all the stuff i need now. 

an organizer, an emergancy cam, an e reader, a gaming console, and an excellent music and movie player all rolled into one little package!

my zire plays mp3s on the background with its new 2gb card while i multitask into other applications.
