Trying out Entrecard

I’ve been reading about Entrecard on other Filipino-owned blogs in the past weeks. Entrecard is an ad-exchange network for bloggers. However, because most of my blogs are in Filipino/Tagalog, and to join you must have an “English-speaking blog,” I wasn’t able to sign up as soon as I wanted to.

The other day, I read Janette Toral’s twit about her Entrecard being featured on a certain site. This made me more curious, so I decided to sign up using this blog, which is in Filipino and English. Looks like this blog’s being bilingual hasn’t affected my acceptance in the network as other members have been dropping their cards on this site.

I’m still learning and exploring Entrecard’s features. For now, I just enjoy dropping my card on other sites and browsing those dropped on mine.

Moblogging on my Palm

Whenever I’m in bed already but dreamland remains elusive, I could always browse the World Wide Web and even weave words on any of my blogs. To do this, all I need is my Treo–and enough Smart load to enable me to avail of Smart’s P10 per 30 minutes Internet promo.

I use Blazer, Treo’s default browser. Opera requires Java and crashes very often.

With my Treo’s QWERTY keypad, typing is fast and easy even if I’m lying down–like now.

I guess I should try to sleep now. This post is starting to sound like a tech ad copy.

Good night and Merry Christmas!

Global research and consulting company Strategy Analytics Wireless Device Lab has reported that United States consumers find Palm Centro as having the “most appealing” design.

“The Palm device is rated most appealing ahead of the Samsung i760, LG Rumor, Nokia Prism, and Pantech C810 among participants in our quarterly Visual Appeal Index where we test first impressions of five pre-release or newly released devices,” read the summary of the report.
